The Non-Immigrant B visa is the foundation for foreigners employed by, or directing, a Thai company. It is normally obtained abroad with sponsor documents, then extended in Thailand once a work permit has been issued.
Extension eligibility depends on the sponsoring company: paid-up capital, Thai headcount, tax filings and salary levels are all reviewed. We audit the employer side first so that renewals do not fail on corporate paperwork.
What we handle
- Sponsor document pack for embassy application.
- Corporate compliance audit (capital, Social Security, tax filings).

Why are applications refused, and how do we prepare?
| Common refusal reason | How we prepare |
|---|---|
| Employer documents incomplete or company not eligible | We review company papers before you leave for the embassy. |
| Job description overlaps reserved occupations | We draft a compliant job description. |
Counsel's note
Salary thresholds for extensions vary by nationality. Under-declared salaries on PND 1 filings are a frequent cause of refusals at renewal.
