The Non-ED visa covers full-time study at a Thai university or school, and approved courses such as Thai language, Muay Thai or professional training at institutions accredited by the Ministry of Education or relevant authority. The institution acts as sponsor and issues the acceptance letter.
Extensions are granted term by term and are linked to attendance. Immigration may test language students on their progress, and an institution that loses accreditation can leave students without a valid basis to stay — we check the sponsor's standing first.

Why are applications refused, and how do we prepare?
| Common refusal reason | How we prepare |
|---|---|
| Low attendance or a school without proper licence | We check the school and attendance records before extensions. |
Counsel's note
A study visa used as a backdoor to long stays without real attendance is a frequent cause of refusal. We only support genuine study plans.
