Companies with Board of Investment promotion can bring in foreign experts and executives through the BOI's Single Window system. Position approval is obtained from the BOI first, after which visas and work permits are issued together, often in a single visit.
BOI companies are not bound by the standard capital and Thai-headcount ratios for approved positions, but every foreign position must be justified against the promoted project. We prepare the position approvals and manage the Single Window filings.
What we handle
- Position approval applications to the BOI.
- Single Window visa and work-permit filings.
- Dependant visas for family members.
- Renewals and position changes.

Why are applications refused, and how do we prepare?

|---|---|
| Position not approved under the BOI promotion | We align positions with the BOI approval. |
Counsel's note
Position approvals expire and must match the actual role. We reconcile them annually against your organisation chart.
