Thailand Privilege (formerly Thailand Elite) is a paid membership programme offering 5 to 20-year visas without income tests. It can be the simplest option for some clients, but it is not always the best value or the best fit for working or investing.
We provide an independent, written comparison between Privilege membership, the LTR, retirement and DTV routes, based on your age, family, income structure and plans for work or business in Thailand.
What we handle
- Side-by-side comparison of costs, rights and obligations.
- Work and tax implications under each scheme.
- Family coverage and dependant options.
- Application support once a route is chosen.
How the process works
Step 1
Profile interview
Your objectives, budget and family needs.
Step 2
Written comparison
A clear recommendation with trade-offs.
Step 3
Implementation

Why are applications refused, and how do we prepare?
| Common refusal reason | How we prepare |
|---|---|
| Background check issues | We review your history and advise before you pay any membership fee. |
Counsel's note
Privilege membership does not authorise work. Clients intending to run a Thai business usually need a Non-B or LTR pathway regardless of membership.
